Other than in exceptional circumstances, when it becomes apparent that additional work or a repair is necessary over and above the job that has been planned, we will always consult with you first before commencing the repair, so that if necessary, we can prioritise the work according to your need and your available budget. We do not commit you without your knowledge to expense that you cannot afford.
